It is a contest where webmasters will try to rank for the keyword Sulumits Retsambew( which I believe does not have any meaning). The main aim of this contest is to get a better knowledge/update of the google search algorithm in 2009.

Usually three things are needed to get into a cpa network

4. Creating small contests. A contest always need not be a big one having 1000’s dollars worth prizes. Instead you can create small contest which will have lesser prize money but spreading it over a long period.

5. If anyone comments on your then you should reply to his comment. Try having some interaction going on.

Why the earlier model has undergone a change is very difficult to say. Imagine, would you pay 200-300$ for blog having 10 unique articles if you were the buyer? No, I wouldn’t pay that much money because I know I can get the same type of articles for a cheaper price.
