This is a very good method of getting a nice income for short term purposes.
There are many people who even use this to earn a stable full time income.
In this post I will try my experiment on site flipping model using middleman system.

In layman’s terms what you will do is buy a site for 20$ and flip it for more.

I bought a site for 15$ from a user from Digitalpoint forums. The site was a PR2 and consisted of  7 unique articles. Within 24hrs i created a listing at sitepoint and posted this site for sale with a BIN of 75$. The listing length was for 3 days. There were a few x$ bids initially, but at the last day it was Binned by a user.

Not bad considering my investment was only 15$ for the site and 10$ for listing it. I made a nice 50$ profit with no work at all.

I could have held the site, added more articles and done some seo to get in more profits but felt lazy thinking all that.

This is just one small middleman model. There are 100’s of other model which you can follow. For example being a middleman in providing services can be ighly profitable.
