I was trying a simple way to get traffic from digg by using digg commenting method.
We know that digg commenting can be used to build High PR backlinks to your site but I wanted to take this a one step further and get traffic using this.

I wanted to follow the same pattern but with a small twist.
Instead of commenting on high PR pages I thought of commenting on frontpage stories with backlink to my site. I selected the stories that were just submitted and had got 15-20 diggs within a minute because such stories will get lot of views and lot of comments.

I used this method for commenting on 4 stories and after sometime checked my new website stats. It had got around 230 uniques from digg. This excited me and I went to Digg.com and entered my login info and found out that I had been banned from it.

Now I’m looking for such web 2.0 sites to get traffic using commenting.
